Operations Manager - Carter McDougall
As Operations Manager at Oakville Pro Wash, Carter leads the day-to-day crews with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. He constantly looks for new methods and tools to improve performance, streamline workflows, and deliver even better results for our clients.
Currently studying Commerce at Dalhousie University, Carter combines his academic background with real-world experience to introduce smarter systems and strategies that keep operations running at the highest standard.
Beyond managing crews, Carter plays a key role in quality control, identifying sales opportunities, and training the team to uphold the Oakville Pro Wash promise. While he drives innovation and efficiency from a leadership perspective, he’s also ready to step into the field himself to ensure every project reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

Now in his third year with Oakville Pro Wash, Ian brings hands-on expertise across all exterior cleaning and restoration projects — from interlock and driveway restoration to full house and property washes.
His attention to detail and work ethic have made him a trusted lead on-site, and customers can count on him to treat every property with care and deliver results that meet OPW's high standard.
Off the job, Ian is a D1 hockey athlete — the same discipline, drive, and team-first mentality he brings to the rink shows up in how he leads his crew every day.
Steven — Efficiency & Systems Strategist
Steven is another valued part of our crew, bringing the same hands-on care and reliability to every job that OPW is known for. His impact also goes well beyond the job site — behind the scenes, he contributes in ways that improve operations, streamline how the team works, and push OPW to run more efficiently. Steven is also currently studying Commerce at Queen's University, bringing a business mindset that complements his hands-on approach.
The combination of strong fieldwork and a genuine systems mindset makes him a driving force in how the company keeps improving as it grows.
Joey — Master Technician
Joey is a true OPW veteran who's seen it all when it comes to exterior cleaning and restoration. Joey has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a job site smoothly and keep clients happy from start to finish. Clients appreciate his clear, friendly communication — Joey makes sure they always know what to expect and feel taken care of every step of the way.
John — Master Technician
John is another one of OPW's most experienced hands, with a wealth of knowledge on operations and what makes a project get completed right. Like his twin brother Joey, he's built a reputation for consistency and care on every job — and for keeping clients thrilled with clear, friendly communication that puts them at ease.
